Adam Moore November 1, 2002 12:01 AM Happy birthdy Joe, this will be the most memorable one for all of us. I wish it was'nt like this, but it is. We all have to be strong and think of the great times we had with Joe and cherish these memories while they are so fresh in our minds.Joe Milligan was my BEST friend and I'm not going to let Joe die in spirit, and I hope everyone else will do the same.I love you Joey.
