"Take care of yourselves and each other, and always remember my motto:
It’s ok to work hard, as long as you play harder."

It is evident from all the comments by people that Joe Milligan came into contact with that the one undying memory of him is that inviting smile that welcomed all.

His boyish good looks and sense of adventure made him a joy to be around. It is apparent from the outpouring of messages on this site that Joe has a large network of friends around the globe that enjoyed his zest for life.

Someone explained to me that in Eastern Religion philosophy his work here on earth is finished and that he is to return to bring more of what it takes to make people come together in peace and harmony. He has touched so many lives and warned the hearts of friends and family that he will continue to bring smiles to us in his absence.

May his smile live in our hearts forever.
