Drew Slater October 25, 2002 10:49 AM Joe was one the nicest guys I ever met. The thing I remeber the most about Joe was that he never stopped laughing. He could turn a dull day into one the best. Joe was one the best surfers I've seen in my day and I'm proud to say that I got to spend many days in the water with him doing what he loved more that anything.
