Marcos Ramirez November 13, 2002 1:56 PM Joe was very special to a lot of people, and not to mention a great surfer. I didn't get a chance to hang out with Joe much, but was very fortunate when I did. Growing up in College Park I was introduced to Joe by Jeremy Thompson who was a very close friend of his. Together we hung out with many other friends like RS, Adam, chicken, squirrel and much much more. Though I didn't get a chance to know Joe better than I did I knew a lot of people thought highly of him and that Joe was cool guy. I know Joe is in a better place now watching over those who cared, while he rests his sole. Joe will be very missed and let him rest in Peace.
