Jodi DeLeo October 25, 2002 11:01 AM Joe was the first person I met when I arrived at College Lodge in Charleston. He comforted me when I was homesick for my family and friends. He always seemed to turn my worries into something positive and eventually have me laughing hysterically. We shared stories form high school together and seemed to connect and have a lot in common . Joe's love for the ocean and surfing always amazed me, he was so dedicated and passionate about it. He taught those who knew him to have fun and relax and more inportantly to live in the monent.
